General FAQs

Question:

What happens when I place my order?

Answer:

When you place a SocialSprint order, if you do not have an account, one will be created for you and the password will be emailed. You will be given a URL and password where you can monitor the status of your order. Delivery of your order will begin during the time period specified on the product page. You will receive another email when your order is completed.

Question:

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

Answer:

99% of our orders are delivered without any problems, issues or complaints. Because these issues are so rare, we usually handle challenges on a case-by-case basis. We communicate honestly and promptly with customers and resolve issues. Worst case, we usually offer customers a complete or prorated refund, depending on how much of their order has been delivered.

Question:

Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?

Answer:

In the unlikely event that there is a problem delivering an order, we usually try to work with the customer to resolve the situation by coming as close as possible to delivering the original order. When appropriate we do offer full or prorated refund depending on the portion of the order that has been delivered.

Question:

Will my account get banned?

Answer:

We have been providing social media promotional services for over 4 years and we have rarely had problems in the past. There is no guarantee of what will happen in the future but the fact that we use ethical, legal promotional methods has served us and our customers well. Unfortunately, because situations and rules can change quickly and without notice, YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK when ordering promotional services. Generally, customers are only entitled to a refund if we are unable to deliver the services ordered.

Question:

Do you accept custom orders?

Answer:

Yes, we can do custom work. Contact us and we can discuss details.

YouTube FAQs

Question:

How does your YouTube promotion work?

Answer:

While we do not disclose trade secrets about our promotional methods, we can assure you that we do not use any illegal methods and all views delivered are real views. We do not use bots, proxies or server farms.

Question:

Should I run ads on my videos?

Answer:

We do NOT reccommend running ads on a video that is being promoted. We highly reccommend pausing ads, especially video ads, until promotion has been completed.

Question:

What is the difference between normal views and fast views?

Answer:

Fast views are delivered at a much higher rate than normal views. We can deliver orders of up to 100,000 views in as little as 24 hours. Fast views are usually used to give a video an initial boost and can often make a video eligible for YouTube honors. Normal views are much slower and more steady.

Question:

How do you determine when an order is finished?

Answer:

We continue delivering views to an order at least until the target view count is reached. At that point, we consider various other factors so that we do not take credit for views that come from other sources.

Question:

Are you affiliated with YouTube in any way?

Answer:

No, we are not affiliated with YouTube.

Facebook FAQs

Question:

How do your Facebook promotion services work?

Answer:

While we do not disclose trade secrets about our promotional methods, we can assure you that we do not use any illegal methods and we do not use any tricks that force or mislead users to unwittingly or unwillingly like your page.

Question:

Am I paying for invites or actual fans/likes?

Answer:

We provide results-based services and thus you only pay for fans/likes.

Question:

Do you need my username, password, or admin access?

Answer:

No, we do not need any access to your page. We perform our services without requiring any personal or proprietary information.

Question:

What do you mean by "low activity, medium-high retention"?

Answer:

Low activity means that you should not expect the users to be active in terms of making many comments on your wall. Medium-high retention means that the vast majority of users will remain on your page. Other service providers will often provide fans/likes that slowly trail off in the days and weeks following the end of the campaign. Our fans/likes are nearly permanent.

Question:

Are you affiliated with Facebook in any way?

Answer:

No, we are not affiliated with Facebook.

Twitter FAQs

Question:

How do your Twitter promotion services work?

Answer:

While we do not disclose trade secrets about our promotional methods, we can assure you that we do not use any illegal methods and we do not use any tricks that force or mislead users to unwittingly or unwillingly follow you.

Question:

What are "reciporical followers"?

Answer:

First, we are not selling reciporical followers. Reciporical following is a cheap promotional method that consists of following thousands of other users and hoping that they will follow you back. If you unfollow any of the users, they will usually unfollow you as well. Promotion via reciporical following is discouraged by Twitter. We also feel that it defeats the purpose of promotion. We understand that the ultimate goal of Twitter promotion is to increase your ratio of followers to following. Having 10,000 followers while following 10,000 others does very little to increase a user's social standing. That is why we do NOT sell reciporical followers.

Question:

What are "unilateral followers"?

Answer:

Unilateral followers are people that follow you without you following them back. Any experienced Twitter user knows that the ratio of follower count to following count is the primary gauge of Twitter prominence. Users with a higher ratio are far more likely to gain and retain new followers.

Question:

What do you mean by "low activity, high retention"?

Answer:

Low activity means that the followers are less likely to retweet or DM messages. Like most Twitter users, they primarily use Twitter to follow interesting users rather than to broadcast or interact. High retention means that they will be nearly permanent followers of your page. Many other services will boost your followers temporarily but the numbers will slowly and steadily decline after the campaign ends. Our followers are nearly permanent.

Question:

Are you affiliated with Twitter in any way?

Answer:

No, we are not affiliated with Twitter.
